About this resource
A creative science and design project for Grades 7–8. Students work in small groups to plan a food truck and menu for a chosen planetary environment, applying ideas about mass, weight, gravity, atmospheric conditions and food preparation.

Classroom use
Introduce mass and weight before starting. Groups of two or three can produce drawings, physical models or digital designs, then explain their choices in an optional gallery walk. The teacher notes include optional AI and digital-tool suggestions alongside traditional materials.
